During the visit; green transformation studies carried out in organised industrial zones in Anatolia, especially in the Western Black Sea region, carbon management processes of companies and compliance with the European Union Green Deal were discussed.

Regional Green Transformation Agenda
Highlights of the meeting:
- 🌱 Dissemination of carbon footprint measurement and reporting processes
- ⚡ Increasing energy efficiency and renewable energy investments
- ♻️ Circular economy applications in waste and water management
- 🌍 Strengthening the adaptation capacity of exporting companies in the CBAM process
- 💼 SMEs' access to green financing and support mechanisms

As EcoSinerji, in the light of the data obtained from the projects we carry out in the field, we shared our regionally applicable “Green Transformation Roadmap” model and conveyed the concrete steps that can be taken to accelerate the transformation in the industry.

Competitiveness and Sustainable Production
During the visit, it was emphasised that sustainable production is no longer only an environmental responsibility, but also a strategic element that determines competitiveness in global trade. It was evaluated that a strong coordination between public institutions, organised industrial zones and the private sector is critical for Turkey's export targets. As EcoSinerji, we will continue to guide the green transformation process of industry with a regional development perspective and strengthen public-private sector cooperation.
