Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hayati Adalar graduated from Gazi University in 2007. He worked as a teacher at the Ministry of National Education for 5 years. Between 2014-2018, he worked as a research assistant at Gazi University. He completed his doctorate on “Financial Literacy Education”. Since 2019, he has been working as a faculty member at Manisa CBU Faculty of Education.

His research and expertise areas include literacy skills, learning environment design, artificial intelligence supported educational content and game design, game-based learning, gamification, mind and intelligence games, entrepreneurship, character and value education, parent education and combating digital addictions. He has given trainings and seminars on his research and expertise areas in state institutions such as MEB, TRT, GSB, Ministry of Health, Presidency of Religious Affairs and many universities, private education institutions and NGOs. He has international book editorships, book chapter authorships and many scientific articles published in international journals.

He worked as an executive and consultant in various projects, especially TUBITAK. For a period (2022-23), he served as the deputy dean of the faculty of education. He is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Children's Foundation of Turkey, a member of the Board of Directors of Ankara Green Crescent and the Founding Director of Mektebeveyn.

Figen Bozkuş is a faculty member at Istanbul Medipol University, Faculty of Education, Department of Mathematics and Science Education. She completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Kocaeli University and focused her academic studies on mathematics education, mathematical thinking processes, cognitive styles and pedagogical development of pre-service mathematics teachers. In her career, she has investigated the learning difficulties of pre-service mathematics teachers in conceptual understanding, ratio-proportion and geometry, and conducted research to develop creative and innovative teaching approaches.

Bozkuş, who has many scientific articles and papers at international and national level, has gained recognition in the field with his studies published in prestigious journals such as Journal on Mathematics Education, European Journal of Education Studies, Turkish Journal of Computer and Mathematics Education. She has also been involved in various TUBITAK and university supported projects on mathematical reasoning, mathematical creativity and problem solving skills. She has made significant contributions to the national and international literature with her studies on pre-service teachers' noticing skills, mathematical literacy and students' conceptual development processes.

Ülkü Ayvaz is a faculty member at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University. Her research interests include mathematics education, gifted education, cognitive styles, mathematical creativity, and innovative approaches in learning-teaching processes. During her graduate and doctoral studies, she conducted extensive research on the cognitive and motivational characteristics of prospective mathematics teachers and contributed to the development of teaching methods and enrichment of educational programmes.

Ayvaz has published numerous articles and book chapters in national and international reputable publishing houses and refereed journals. He has produced important studies on mathematical creativity, entrepreneurship skills and STEM-based education, especially The Cambridge Handbook of Creativity Across Domains published by Cambridge University Press. He has also worked as a researcher and executive director in TUBITAK and university supported projects and continues to make valuable contributions to the field with his studies focusing on the development of students' problem solving, creative thinking and mathematical literacy skills.

Melahat Ülkü Çakır received her BSc (1991-1995) and MSc (1999-2001) degrees from Ankara University, Department of Food Engineering. She started her professional career in 1993 in Ankara Provincial Control Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture and then worked as an engineer and laboratory supervisor in the Ministry of Environment, General Directorate of Turkish Grain Board, TMO Karaman Branch and Konya Regional Directorates. In 1999, he was appointed as the Head of Poppy and Alkaloid Affairs Department of TMO General Directorate and carried out research in the field of food microbiology at Cornell University in the USA in 2000-2001.

In 2015, Çakır worked at Bolu Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock and in 2017, he was appointed as TMO Kırıkkale Branch Manager. He also served as a member of the organising committee at the Western Black Sea Career Fair held under the coordination of the Presidential Human Resources Office and is currently working as a graduate engineer at BAİBÜ Career Centre. She has improved her professional equipment with HACCP, training of trainers, computer operator and English courses. She is married with two children and specialises in food safety and quality control.

Müşerref Özbakır Turan is an environmental engineer graduated from Işık University. She is a Class B Occupational Safety Specialist and Chief Social Compliance Auditor at Bilgin Environmental Engineering and Consultancy and has experience in environmental management, occupational health and safety and sustainability practices. He continues his professional work by providing consultancy and audit services to organisations on environmental compliance, occupational safety and social responsibility.

As a Senior Environmental Engineer, she specialises in sustainability, environmental management and carbon footprint reporting. She provides strategic consultancy to organisations within the scope of ISO 14064, GHG Protocol and corporate sustainability reporting standards; she manages the processes of preparing greenhouse gas inventories, developing emission reduction strategies and creating green transformation roadmaps.

He has project development and implementation experience in energy efficiency, waste and water management, circular economy practices and sustainable financing compliance studies for industrial facilities, SMEs and public institutions. She combines her technical expertise with a managerial perspective to make sustainability processes measurable, reportable and compliant with international standards.
