🟢 KOSGEB: It provides reimbursable support for industrial SMEs to achieve energy and resource efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. It also supports solar energy investments.

🟢 TÜBİTAK (TEYDEB): Within the scope of the project, it allocates 175 million USD financing and provides support for R&D, prototype development and innovation for green transformation projects in the industry. SAYEM Green Transformation Call is also in this context.

🟢 Ministry of Industry: It carries out the technical components of the project, covering elements such as training, capacity building, Green Industry Academy, promotion and monitoring systems.

🟢 Turkey Green Industry Project: It is a 6-year programme with a budget of 450 million USD and is implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK.

🟢 Green Transformation Programme: In line with circular economy, resource efficiency and low carbon production targets, investments of companies in the manufacturing industry are supported. 🟢 TEMA Foundation: It operates in the field of combating erosion, afforestation and natural habitat protection. It contributes to Turkey's green transformation with projects such as the Oak Project, Memorial Forests and motorway-side afforestation.

🟢 SHURA: Conducts policy-orientated research on the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy systems, some of which is integrated into energy policies.

🟢 World Bank: Together with Turkey, it announced its readiness to develop programmes promoting equitable transformation (worker training, SMEs' access to green technologies, etc.).

🟢 EBRD (GEFF): It is a financing mechanism provided by the EBRD and amounting to €500 million. It was established to accelerate green transformation investments in Turkey.

🟢 AIIB: Under the MoU signed in 2025, Turkey will provide USD 5 billion over the next 3 years for public sector projects, plus additional financing for private sector projects (e.g. energy, transport, water management).

🟢 EEX/EPIAS: Co-operation to develop a carbon emission trading system (ETS) is being carried out through an MOU.
