Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulamaya koydu\u011fu CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism), yani S\u0131n\u0131rda Karbon D\u00fczenlemesi, karbon yo\u011fun \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ithalat\u0131nda adil rekabeti sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir mekanizmad\u0131r. Bu d\u00fczenleme, yaln\u0131zca Avrupa\u2019daki \u00fcreticileri de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye gibi AB\u2019ye ihracat yapan \u00fclkelerdeki \u00fcreticileri de yak\u0131ndan ilgilendirmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n Bu ba\u011flamda i\u015fletmelerin GHG Protokol\u00fc\u2019ne ve TSE taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan standartlara uyum sa\u011flamas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece hem yasal zorunluluklar yerine getirilecek hem de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik hedeflerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n ——————————————————–<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n CBAM, karbon yo\u011fun sekt\u00f6rlerden AB\u2019ye ithal edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc emisyonlar\u0131n raporlanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve 2026 itibar\u0131yla sertifika sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kapsamdaki sekt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda demir-\u00e7elik, \u00e7imento, al\u00fcminyum, g\u00fcbre, hidrojen ve elektrik bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den AB\u2019ye ihracat yapan firmalar i\u00e7in bu d\u00fczenleme, hem raporlama y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hem de maliyet art\u0131\u015f\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Bu nedenle \u015firketlerin \u015fimdiden karbon ayak izi hesaplama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini ba\u015flatmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n ——————————————————–<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n GHG Protokol\u00fc, i\u015fletmelerin sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7mesi, raporlamas\u0131 ve y\u00f6netmesi i\u00e7in uluslararas\u0131 kabul g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f bir metodolojidir. \u00dc\u00e7 kapsaml\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla (Scope 1 \u2013 do\u011frudan emisyonlar, Scope 2 \u2013 sat\u0131n al\u0131nan enerji kaynakl\u0131 emisyonlar, Scope 3 \u2013 de\u011fer zinciri kaynakl\u0131 dolayl\u0131 emisyonlar), i\u015fletmelerin t\u00fcm emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 kapsaml\u0131 \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirmesini sa\u011flar.<\/span><\/p>\n Bu protokol, CBAM kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak raporlamalar\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturmakta, ayn\u0131 zamanda i\u015fletmelere s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik stratejilerini planlama ve \u015feffafl\u0131k sa\u011flama konusunda yol g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n ——————————————————–<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de TSE taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan ISO 14064-1 standard\u0131, kurumsal sera gaz\u0131 envanterinin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve raporlanmas\u0131 konusunda i\u015fletmelere yol g\u00f6stermektedir.
